Welcome to FLEP online

The Family Life Education Program (FLEP) is a non-political, non-profit making organization founded under the auspices and patronage of the Church of Uganda-Busoga Diocese. It serves communities throughout the Busoga region in particular and Uganda in general, by promoting and providing high quality community based clinical services together with mobile reproductive health services. FLEP was established in May 1986 as part of the Health Sector of the Multi-Sectoral Rural Development Program (MSRDP) of Busoga Diocese, Church of Uganda.

The Family Life Education Programme takes full cognisance of the fact that sound health is a basic pillar and cornerstone of productivity, development and realisation of life in fullness for individuals, families and the entire community regardless of gender, age, creed and other circumstantial factors.

Every year, FLEP serves thousands of people across a wide area, meeting the needs of communities holistically, creating and sustaining locally appropriate and effective schemes.
